Walk-in Services

To find out if you can save time with a telephone consult or walk-in care, contact BACH’s Call Center. The Call Center can assist patients in deciding whether they can be served on a walk-in basis, by telephone consultation or if an appointment is necessary. Walk-in services are available in Air Assault, Byrd, Gold Army, Young Eagle, and Screaming Eagle Medical Homes. Below are some of the conditions your Patient Centered Medical Home can assist you with as a walk-in service.

  • Medical Port Flush

  • Immunizations (patients 2 years old and older)

  • Blood Pressure Checks (previously ordered by provider)

  • The only birth control-Depo-Provera shots when due, with a prescription (other than initial shot)

  • Draw Blood, previously ordered by provider (patients one year old and older in the Lab, under one year old in assigned clinic)

  • Pregnancy Tests-for established patients (new patients schedule an appointment)

  • On-going medication injections (e.g. B-12, testosterone, etc.) when due, with an active prescription

  • Wound Checks, Suture Removal, Dressing Changes following an operation or procedure (within the specialty clinic indicated by provider)

  • Drop-off/Pick-up paperwork for:

                Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (school/parent form)

               Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)

               Sports physicals

Turnaround for all administrative paperwork Is three business days.
