Head and Neck Surgery (Ear, Nose and Throat)
The Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic (Otolaryngology services) treats Soldiers, Retirees and their Family members for diverse problems involving the head and neck. ENT treats children and adults for ear infections, hearing loss, sinus disease, surgical thyroid disorders, snoring and sleep apnea, nasal obstruction, recurrent tonsillitis, neck masses and cancer of the head and neck. Patients with these concerns or other problems with the head and neck should see their primary care provider for consideration of an ENT referral. After a referral is received, the clinic will contact the patient using phone numbers listed in the medical record to schedule an appointment. If the referral is redirected to a TRICARE network provider, the patient will receive a letter in the mail within 7 to 10 business days. If no contact has occurred within that time, contact the clinic to verify the status of the referral.
