Campbell Airfield Medical Home, formerly named the Aviation Health Clinic, serves Active Duty service members only.  The team provides quality, effective, and efficient patient care to Soldeirs in the 86th Combat Support Hospital, Divarty, Airforce, Military Police and 5th Special Forces Group.

Soldiers attending appointments should check in at the front desk so their demographics can be reviewed. A member of the Campbell Airfield team will conduct a medical screening prior to you being seen by a provider.  

Physical briefs are given on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 p.m. The types of physicals for this brief may include: Expiration of Time of Service (ETS), Chapter, Airborne, Ground Base Control, Warrant, Commission, Special Forces, over 40, Ranger and Separation. For a Flight Physical, contact the clinic to request a telephone consult with one of our nurses.

Pharmacy
The Campbell Airfield Pharmacy is open from the hours of 7 – 11 a.m. and is only open to serve the patients that are assigned to the clinic.

Physical Therapy
A Physical Therapist is available to support Soldiers assigned to the 86th CSH, Divarty, Airforce and the Military Police (MP). In addition, a physical therapist is dedicated to support 5th Special Forces Group Soldiers.

Radiology
Radiology is open Monday – Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Laboratory
The Lab is open Monday – Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Immunizations
Immunizations  are offered Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. and 1 – 2 p.m. Walk-ins are not accepted after 2 p.m.
