The Specialist Jordan M. Byrd Army Medical Home staff members provide primary medical care services to the Soldiers of 101st Combat Aviation Brigade, 101st Sustainment Brigade & Tenant Units on two separate teams, Team Lifeliner and Team Destiney. In addition, Byrd Army Medical Home provides primary care to approximately 5,000 Active Duty Family Members and Retirees.
Bryd Army Medical Home offers seven Ancillary Services and is home to the Atkins Dental Clinic. On-site ancillary services are open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday for Active Duty personnel include Optometry, Audiology, Physical Therapy, Radiology, Laboratory, Medical Records, and Pharmacy services.
Adult Behavioral Health
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
By appointment only, walk-in appointments are available as needed at Main Adult Behavioral Health in Building 2516, 22nd and Indiana Ave.
Byrd Clinic Audiology Service
Hours: Monday and Wednesday: 6:30 - 11 a.m. and 12:30 - 3:30 p.m., Friday: 6:30 - 11 a.m.
Provides hearing readiness testing and earplug fittings for active duty personnel empanelled to Byrd Army Medical Home.
